BDS / Intraday usability
Publication and Worksheet Terms
Use the pages as a research aid, not as an alternate provider contract.
Access
The guides and browser worksheets are publicly available without a publication account. BDS does not sell signal access or connect a broker account. A provider purchase is a separate transaction.
Record use
Exports organize reader-entered evidence or explicitly synthetic examples. They are not independent audits, execution certificates or provider ratings. A completed checklist cannot be relabelled verified performance.
Source changes
External product pages, calendars and offers can change. The edition date does not guarantee every linked plan is current. Confirm exact product, date and governing terms at the official source.
Limitations
The site does not operate accounts or accept account credentials. No jurisdiction-specific legal warranty, dispute policy or regulatory certification is invented. Read the declared evidence and commercial boundaries.
