Session and Expiry: Define the Usable Intraday Window
Timing eligibility is a rule to verify, not an assumption derived from message frequency.
Venue and date
Identify the relevant instrument, venue session and calendar. A local midnight or generic open label cannot define every product's day. Keep holiday and early-close checks separate from timezone conversion.
Original eligibility
Save the first entry condition, expiration and invalidating updates. A persistent message can be expired. A repeated notification is not necessarily a new setup.
Observed chronology
Record publication as stated, receipt and first review with provenance. If clock uncertainty exceeds the decision window, the relevant state may be unresolved.
Close ownership
Ask who handles positions remaining at the boundary. A same-session label needs an actual policy, and a provider message does not establish that every follower is flat.
Apply the Criterion
Write the exact missing artifact and whether the claim is documented, attributed, hypothetical or unresolved. A completed field is not a certification, and the criterion does not assign a star score.
